{"id":324,"date":"2019-06-06T10:56:48","date_gmt":"2019-06-06T13:56:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupocostanera.com.ar\/?page_id=324"},"modified":"2019-06-06T10:56:49","modified_gmt":"2019-06-06T13:56:49","slug":"la-loberia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/grupocostanera.com.ar\/index.php\/la-loberia\/","title":{"rendered":"La Lober\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Lober\u00eda es escenario de restingas, una serie de diques de contornos irregulares que en bajamar propician el florecer de piletones naturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las inmediaciones del balneario, caminando apenas 1 km por la playa, se accede a un reciento bautizado por los lugare\u00f1os como El Anfiteatro, al cual ciertas teor\u00edas y testimonios adjudican a ese espacio una condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica especial, relacionada con altas concentraciones de ozono que propician un gran bienestar energ\u00e9tico y la manifestaci\u00f3n de fen\u00f3menos paranormales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Lober\u00eda cuenta con servicio de guardavidas e informes tur\u00edsticos durante la temporada estival, playa de estacionamiento, restaurante, camping, ba\u00f1os y servicio de tel\u00e9fono semip\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESERVA FAUN\u00cdSTICA PUNTA BERMEJA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Creada en 1971, La Reserva Provincial Punta Bermeja es considerada la colonia m\u00e1s grande de lobos marinos de un pelo de Sudam\u00e9rica, ya que alberga de forma permanente a m\u00e1s de 4000 individuos, alcanzando alrededor de 7500 dependiendo la \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el mirador, ubicado sobre los acantilados, es posible apreciar el comportamiento de los lobos marinos y de las aves costeras, tales como la paloma ant\u00e1rtica, cormoranes, gaviotas cangrejeras, gaviotas cocineras, gaviotas capucho caf\u00e9, petreles, bigu\u00e1s, gaviotines y loros barranqueros, al igual que de aves continentales como el Halconcito Colorado, Halc\u00f3n Peregrino, Chimangos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ocasiones se registra la presencia de elefantes marinos y de orcas que se acercan en busca de un lugar seguro para alimentarse.
