Esta villa es el principal centro de servicios del\u00a0Camino de la Costa\u00a0y se accede por la Ruta Provincial N\u00ba1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Extensas playas, altos acantilados y el caracter\u00edstico viento patag\u00f3nico, son condiciones que favorecen la pr\u00e1ctica de actividades recreativas y deportivas. El C\u00f3ndor es el epicentro de los\u00a0deportes de viento(kitesurf, windsurf, carrovelismo, kitebuggy, entre otros) y es por ello que el Municipio cre\u00f3 el Parque de Viento como punto de encuentro para los amantes de esta actividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, este escenario natural posee un asentamiento de m\u00e1s de 200 especies de aves marinas, ribere\u00f1as y continentales, situ\u00e1ndose aqu\u00ed la Colonia de loros barranqueros m\u00e1s grande del mundo. Durante la temporada estival, se realizan salidas de\u00a0Avistaje de Aves\u00a0para disfrutar y conocer m\u00e1s acerca de la flora y fauna de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El balneario cuenta con diversos sitios de importancia hist\u00f3rica como las casitas de los primeros pobladores, el Faro R\u00edo Negro y el mirador del Ceferino, desde donde se obtienen vistas panor\u00e1micas de la villa y del estuario del r\u00edo Negro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> A s\u00f3lo 20 minutos de la capital de R\u00edo Negro. <\/h3>\n\n\n\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lo largo de sus costas, la meseta culmina en mar y aparecen los primeros acantilados que caracterizan el litoral Patag\u00f3nico.
